Last Friday, certificates were awarded to all employees at Elins Esplanad who have completed a digital customer service training program. The program was developed in collaboration between Eurocommercial and IHM Business School.
To receive the certificate, participants must have passed the program's knowledge test with a passing grade.
We are so proud of all our employees, who have now further enhanced their skills in customer service. Great job!
