It’s important to dress smartly, both for an active everyday life and for outdoor work. Andreas, a health coach at Smakrådet, shares three simple tips that make a big difference.
Choose materials based on the activity
Stretch fabric is comfortable, but if you're going to be working outdoors, you'll need a more durable material that can handle both climbing and crawling.
Choose wool
Wool worn next to the skin wicks away moisture and works just as well in cold weather as when you get warm. Pair it with a windproof jacket to stay dry and comfortable.
Two layers on the hands
A thin wool glove on the inside and a windproof one on the outside let you work comfortably while still staying warm.
With the right clothes, the outdoor season becomes both more comfortable and more fun!
